Welcome to the Grace Flow 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, an immersive, soul-centered journey designed to restore what’s often missing in traditional programs: grace. Born from a desire to honor the full spectrum of yoga, this hybrid training uniquely blends together the foundations of Vinyasa with the depth of devotional practice. It’s more than learning to teach—it’s about embodying yoga as a way of life.
Whether you feel called to lead or are simply deepening your personal practice, you’ll leave with practical skills, spiritual tools, and the confidence to share from your most authentic self. Rooted in community, this experience invites you to explore your unique path and flow through life with intention, presence, and grace.

✨Certification Requirements
To receive your Grace Flow YTT certification:

Attend all sessions (live or via replay with reflection)

Submit journaling reflections and creative prompts

Complete 3 mentorship check-ins

Teach a final class (sequence + peer-reviewed delivery)

Submit final written reflection
