Waiver & Release​​

 

By participating in any class, session, or activity at Grace Flow Studio, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health & Physical Condition

I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I assume full responsibility for my participation and understand that I may consult a physician before engaging in any physical activity.

2. Assumption of Risk

I recognize that yoga, fitness, and wellness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental distress, or unforeseen complications.

I understand that some classes may take place in a heated environment, and I am responsible for listening to my body and modifying or discontinuing participation as needed.

3. Release of Liability

I voluntarily waive and release Grace Flow Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, damages, or claims arising from my participation in any class, session, or studio activity.

This release applies to all personal, bodily, or mental injuries, economic loss, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Photography & Media Release

I grant Grace Flow Studio permission to use my image, video, or likeness for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, unless I provide written notice opting out.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

I acknowledge that all purchases, including class packages and memberships, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Membership Cancellation Policy
All membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date. Notice must be provided in writing via email or through the cancellation form available at Grace Flow Studio. Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date will result in one final billing cycle, after which your membership will be discontinued.

7. Acknowledgment & Agreement

I certify that I am at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent.

I have read and fully understand this waiver and accept it voluntarily.
